Pausing To Pray

My people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest. Isaiah 32:18 NIV

Hello sisters,
First I want to thank you for your faithfulness in Early Morning Prayer, please make note that Monday, January 20th, we will NOT be on the conference line-our assignment is to get in our secret place with the Lord and conduct a pray walk in our homes.
The home is of incredible importance. Our faith begins in the home and it is from where sharing the gospel flows to those around us – in and out of the home.

A prayer walk through of the home is exactly what it sounds like. It is physically walking through each room or area of the home and praying for God’s protection and blessings, as well as thanking and praising Him. it is a spiritual walk in our hearts, allowing God’s presence and His Word to minister to us.

Praying over your home is a wonderful way to cleanse the home from any of the devil’s schemes. By praying over your home, you are asking God to protect those inside it and making Him the priority in your lives.

If you are facing difficult times or strife within the home, a prayer walk through can cleanse the home spiritually and make it feel like a brand new start.

A prayer walk through your home asks the Holy Spirit to be Lord of all, over our physical and spiritual home.

Lastly our prayer is that this time alone with God not just be an exchange of words but an encounter with God, one that takes you from glory to glory!
